At the end of 2017, the JHI Group reflected on the success and growth made throughout the year. With this in mind, the employees and executive team took on the annual task to consider those individual employees who truly gave extra effort to help make their company better. These hardworking employees are dedicated to their jobs, go above and beyond their expected duties, and are a source of pride for the entire JHI Group.

Firelands Fabrication Excellence Award – Randy Parr
In addition to Awards, a Retirement Plaque was given to former employee Manuel Castillo, for his 30+ years of loyal service to Janotta & Herner.
