Janotta & Herner has recently added Paul J. Roeder to their company as Chief Executive Officer. He will also be Chief Executive Officer to sister companies Firelands Fabrication in New London and 620 Construction in Medina.

Roeder has decades of executive management experience in the construction industry. He was Chief Financial Officer for a construction materials company in Columbus and then became General Manager of the company’s seven ready mix plants. In 2013, Roeder came back to the area as President of Dauch Concrete and spent six years in that capacity.
Roeder grew up in Monroeville and currently lives in Norwalk with Denise, his wife of 42 years. When he is not working, he has one hobby-basketball. He has been the Boys Head Basketball Coach for Monroeville High School for the past two years.
