The Lorain County Fairgrounds was looking to expand its facilities with spaces capable of supporting a wide range of year-round events. Serving as the design-build contractor, Janotta & Herner was proud to deliver two new venues designed to enhance functionality and versatility. The Ross Exposition Center is a 67,000-square-foot, climate-controlled facility built to host concerts, trade shows, hobby events, and livestock exhibitions. The Maureen M. Cromling Memorial Arena is a 32,000-square-foot, competition-size, covered open-air arena designed for premier equine and livestock events.Together, these projects strengthen the Fairgrounds’ ability to serve the community and host events of all sizes.
