When South Shore Marine in Huron, Ohio, decided it was time to expand their showroom, they called the Northern Ohio commercial contractor, Janotta & Herner. Through our design-build approach, we delivered a 16,000 sq. ft. expansion that includes a high-end boat showroom, new office space, and elevated office mezzanines.

Our in-house architectural team helped shape the vision for this facility. The design focused on creating a large, open, architecturally impressive showroom capable of displaying boats year-round while projecting the premium brand image South Shore Marine is known for. Expansive glazing, clean lines, and a modern interior layout were incorporated to provide an elevated, customer-focused shopping experience.
