Janotta & Herner served as the general contractor for the Erie County Community Foundation’s headquarters renovation in downtown Sandusky. The design-build project required extensive interior demolition, followed by a complete tenant improvement and remodel to create a space that fully supports the Foundation’s operational, meeting, and community-focused needs. The updated design brings new life to the existing building, delivering a fresh, functional, and highly efficient workspace that reflects the Foundation’s mission. This revitalized facility will serve the Erie County Community Foundation as it continues to enrich the lives of the people of Erie County and invest in the betterment of the community.
