Janotta & Herner, a general contractor for financial builds, designed and built Firelands Federal Credit Union’s new Bellevue Headquarters, a flagship branch and corporate office located in the heart of downtown Bellevue. This project reflects the Credit Union’s long-term investment in its members, staff, and the Northern Ohio community.

The new facility includes a modern retail branch, private and open office spaces, dedicated training rooms, a board room, and flexible employee collaboration areas designed to support future growth. Every space enhances both operational efficiency and the member experience.

As a downtown redevelopment project, the site presented several challenges—from tight logistics to integration with existing infrastructure. Janotta & Herner’s in-house Architectural and Engineering team delivered a sleek, contemporary design with a high-end financial institution feel, featuring clean lines, quality finishes, and a welcoming, professional atmosphere. The result is a visually striking and highly functional headquarters that strengthens Firelands Federal Credit Union’s presence and service capabilities for years to come.
