Janotta & Herner, a general contractor in Northern Ohio, and Firelands Federal Credit Union partnered together for the 33rd time to support the expansion of FFCU’s Erie County operations with a new branch located in the heart of Perkins Avenue in Sandusky, Ohio. Janotta & Herner completed all architectural, civil, and structural engineering for the project, delivering a fully integrated design-build solution. Our design team carefully programmed and maximized every square foot of the 3,500 SF branch to ensure efficient operations, member convenience, and long-term flexibility.

The project was completed in an impressive 5-month schedule, which included the demolition of an existing structure and all-new ground-up construction. The new modern facility features a welcoming lobby, teller area, drive-thru, private offices, meeting rooms, and comfortable employee spaces, creating a functional, high-quality environment for both staff and members.
