Janotta & Herner served as the general contractor for VacationLand Federal Credit Union’s Sandusky headquarters and branch project. This was the second project completed for VacationLand and the final one delivered under a plan-and-spec approach. Since then, Janotta & Herner has earned VacationLand’s full trust—serving as their design-builder on more than 40 additional projects across Northern Ohio.

The Sandusky project combined a full-service branch with VacationLand’s corporate headquarters, bringing all administrative and operational staff together under one roof. The new facility was constructed on a site that included an existing, active branch, and Janotta & Herner successfully completed the build while keeping operations fully functional for local members. This project marked the beginning of a long-term partnership, showcasing Janotta & Herner’s expert financial construction skills, commitment to delivering exceptional financial facilities, and supporting continued growth throughout Northern Ohio.
