Janotta & Herner partnered with Vernon Nagel to construct a 19,800-square-foot maintenance facility featuring a 4,125-square-foot parts mezzanine. Designed to support the servicing of large construction equipment, the facility includes an overhead crane, a fully equipped fabrication shop, and a dedicated wash bay. The building is fully climate-controlled with air conditioning and heating powered by waste oil generated from ongoing service operations.
